When your customers interact with the WhatsApp AI agents we deploy for you, the system processes:

  • Chat transcripts, order details, lead qualification responses, and scheduling requests.

  • Metadata provided by the WhatsApp Business API. (Note: We do not use your end-user data to train our own proprietary models or sell it to third parties. It is processed solely to execute your specific business workflows).
